LORD SAVILLE of

I bring to your attention
that Martin Ingram was prominent in other matters and made claims over the

I further bring to your
attention that Martin Ingram is an egregious liar. You will find evidence of
this in the enclosed letters and documents made available to Mrs. Nuala O’Loan.
My letter of 23.09.08 to
John Ware (with stapled attachments) lends introduction to the Mrs. O’Loan
correspondence.
In addition to the detail
supplied to Mr. Ware, I additionally subscribe to you a full set of
corroborating documents as made available to the Police Ombudsman for
I reiterate a paragraph in
the John Ware letter:

the point on how easy it is for manipulators in secret state to supplant truth
with falsehood, doing so via a pliant and facilitating media. And, too, what

Would you be so kind as to

Drimnagh,
Tuesday 23.09.08
(Dear Mr. Ware)
Immediately attached to this
letter is a reply from Mrs. Nuala O’Loan, former Police Ombudsman for Northern
Ireland, and a letter to her successor, Al Hutchinson, which received no
return. Mrs. O’Loan was responding to a submission by me on the
Stakeknife-Scappaticci revelations of several years ago.
Further attached is a nine
page submission to the said lady, having to do with the Stakeknife-Scappaticci
disclosures on the murder of Francisco Notorantonio, as made known by former
FRU handlers, and others.
The submission as a piece of
evidence, confirms that the chief source behind the Stakeknife-Scappaticci
allegations, ex-FRU handler Martin Ingram, is an egregious liar.
His published account of the
Francisco Notorantonio murder, a core accusation in the Stakeknife story, could
not have taken place.
At the time when this man
placed himself close to those events, he was not – as claimed – based in
Confirmation is provided –
see in particular items 4a, 4b & 4c of submission.
Adding to this one makes the
point on how easy it is for manipulators in secret state to supplant truth with
falsehood, doing so via a pliant and facilitating media. And, too, what worth
can one attach to the findings of tribunals and official enquiries, held north
and south of the Irish border or in
Copies of the original
documents that support the enclosed submission, and copies of my correspondence
to Mrs. O’Loan, can be forwarded if requested.
I have written to you
previously. There was no return.
(Yours sincerely)
John Ware.

Drimnagh,
Wednesday 28.11.07
(Dear Mr. Hutchinson)
In a letter dated 30.10.07
(copy attached) to Mrs. Nuala O’Loan, just prior to her retirement from the office
you now hold, I forwarded eleven enclosures.
These comprised a repeat of
letter dated 15.10.07 and an attached eight page submission which was
accompanied by ten documents not included in original dispatch. Latter items
corroborated claims in the submission of false charges by former FRU handlers
and others in the Stakeknife-Scappaticci-Notorantonio case.
As the items of the 15
ultimo were put to your Senior Director of Investigations by Mrs. O’Loan, I
thought it appropriate that the supporting documents should also be so
directed, hence mine of 30 October with enclosures.
The submitted documents
offer proofs as to the veracity of my charges, namely that former FRU handler Martin Ingram is an egregious liar.
These documents are
important and knowledge of their receipt by the office of the Police Ombudsman
for Northern Ireland is important. It is in that regard I write to you.
As no acknowledgement has as
yet been received, I ask that you might lend your personal attention to
correcting this neglect.
The delay in acknowledging
is in my experience without precedent.
(Yours sincerely)
Mr. Al Hutchinson.
